Through support from his job coach, Abdel honed his communication and job-readiness skills. Inspired by his journey, he launched a YouTube channel sharing gastric sleeve tips, which later evolved into Abdel’s Culinary Class, where he showcases his cooking lessons for individuals with disabilities. At ConsultCare Solutions, Abdel now teaches culinary classes focused on food safety and meal preparation. His work has grown into Abdel’s Kitchen Club, a program offering bi-monthly in-person and virtual classes for people with disabilities.
