A lifelong dreamer with a passion for cooking, Abdel earned his Culinary Degree and SERV Safe certification from Passaic County Community College. His heart for service led him to volunteer for over eight years at Humble Beginnings, where he earned multiple social awareness awards. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Abdel worked as a cafeteria substitute for Paterson Public Schools. After March 2023, he made a life-changing decision to focus on his health, undergoing gastric sleeve surgery. The successful surgery not only helped him lose weight but also boosted his confidence and gave him a fresh outlook on life. With support from ConsultCare Solutions, Abdel was able to realign his career path and passion for food into something even greater. His story reflects the powerful impact of determination, self-care, and the right support system.

Carolina Kowalski joined ConsultCare Solutions as a member on January 4, 2025. She was looking for a way to stay active and involved, and found just that.
